Цели и задачи мероприятия.

Цель : создание условий для повышения интереса обучающихся к изучению английского

языка

Задачи:

Образовательная:

- обобщение и систематизация знаний по теме «Канада»;

- совершенствование навыков аудирования, чтения и говорения;

- совершенствование лексических навыков.

Развивающая:

- развитие иноязычной компетенции (способность обучающихся использовать

полученную информацию в различных ситуациях);

- повышение уровня мотивации к изучению английского языка;

- развитие воображения и логического мышления

- расширение лингвистического кругозора учащихся;

- развитие памяти, мышления, внимания.

Воспитательная:

- поддержание интереса к стране изучаемого языка;

- формирование умения работать в команде;

- воспитание дружеского отношения между участниками команды.

Форма: игра Аукцион

Оборудование: компьютер, экран, звуковые колонки, карточки для игры, раздаточный

материал, карта Канады, картинки с изображением достопримечательностей Канады.

Мультимедийное сопровождение: гимн Канады, фильм 10 интересных фактов о

Канаде, песня Up Here In Canada, фильм Good Bye, Canada.

Практическая значимость:

Предлагаемый материал может быть полезен учителям английского языка для

организации урочной или внеурочной деятельности в игровой форме. Мероприятие с

использованием ИКТ в доступной и увлекательной форме позволяет реализовать

творческий и интеллектуальный потенциал обучающихся, воспитывает чувство

сопричастности к мировой культуре и умения работать в коллективе, повышает уровень

мотивации к изучению английского языка.

Ход мероприятия.



Вступительное слово- Today we are going to make our trip to one of the most wonderful and

unique countries in the world, the country with a rich history, the country of beautiful landscapes

and lake districts, the country of ten provinces and three northern territories. The name of this

country is Canada!



Hello my dear boys and girls we are glad to greet you at our auction! All children like to play. That’s why

we shall play the game “Auction” today. There are two teams in our classroom and we have three

members of our jury today. The first team is called … and its captain is… The second team is called …

and its captain is…The members of our jury are…

The rules of the game.

The game is played between two teams. Each team chooses a team name and a captain. The questions of

the game are divided into thematic groups. Each team receives a capital of 100 points before the game.

Teams compete for the right to answer a question on a certain topic. Bidding takes place in the form of an

auction. The winning team listens (reads) to the question and answers, and after a 30-second discussion

answers the question. If the answer is incorrect, the opposing team can answer the question. The team that

answers the question correctly receives "money" - the price of the lot in the bank of their team. The team

that does not give an answer to the question loses the declared amount of money. After each round, the

jury summarizes the interim results, and after the last round, the winning team is announced and an award

ceremony is held. The team that earns the most money wins.

Игра проводится между двумя командами. Каждая команда выбирает название команды и

капитана. Вопросы игры поделены на тематические группы. Каждая команда перед игрой

получает капитал 100 очков. Команды соревнуются за право отвечать на вопрос по выпавшей

теме. Торги происходят в форме аукциона. Выигравшая очередной этап аукциона команда

заслушивает(читает) вопрос и варианты ответов и после 30-секундного обсуждения отвечает на

вопрос. Если ответ неверный, команда-соперница может ответить на вопрос. Команда, правильно

ответившая на вопрос, получает «деньги»- цену лота в копилку своей команды.

Команда, которая не дает ответ на вопрос теряет заявленную сумму денег. После каждого тура

жюри подводит промежуточные итоги, а после последнего тура объявляется команда-

победительница и проводится награждение. Выигрывает команда, заработавшая больше денег.

Ведущий открывает карточку и читает тему.
